These Terms and Conditions govern your use of blueoceandigital.com.au and any services provided by Blue Ocean Digital ABN 68 290 182 684. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Services
Blue Ocean Digital provides website design, SEO, Google Ads management, and AI automation services to Australian businesses.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project
The remaining 50% is due upon completion before the website goes live
Monthly services are billed in advance each month
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue
Revisions
Website projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $80 per hour.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design elements. Blue Ocean Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
Cancellation
If a client cancels after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Ocean Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
